Former estate of Hibbard Casselberry, founder of the town of Casselberry. The estate was built in 1952 and remains in the Casselberry family. Hibbard’s son John Norris Casselberry lived in the house until his death on August 23, 2019.
The exterior of the home in recent years has fallen into a poor condition and is in need of repair. After John’s death, the family opened the home for a public Estate Sale in October 2019 that was extremely popular for bargain hunters and curious history lovers alike.
