This one-story home was built in 1920. It is the typical stucco on wood frame. Gable roofs with wide overhangs, tapered porch columns on brick masonry piers and three-over-one double-hung windows are all elements of the Bungalow Style.
Originally the front porch was open, but has since been enclosed. Its style still looks authentic and largely typical for the period.
In researching its past residents: Andrew Weaver, a Longwood reserved policeman, lived here in the 1970s. It has been called the “Bistline House,” but I haven’t yet found when that family lived there.
